Members earn points for every ZAR spent. You can configure the points-per-ZAR rate and a VIP multiplier so higher-tier members earn faster. Points are redeemed at checkout via a slider — up to 50% of the subtotal — and the system maintains a full points ledger so you can see a member's complete earning and redemption history.

Yes. CIMS Pro is built for multi-location operations. You can set up retail (sales floor) and warehouse locations, transfer stock between them, and view consolidated reports across all sites. User permissions can be scoped per location so a manager in Cape Town only sees their store's data while the owner sees everything.

Most retailers are live within the same day. The initial setup involves configuring your business details, tax rate, and location, then importing or creating your product catalog. Yes. All data is stored on South African servers to meet local privacy and data sovereignty requirements. Database backups are retained daily and you can export your data at any time. We do not share your sales or member data with third parties.

CIMS Pro produces a full suite of reports: revenue trends with daily and monthly charts, profit and loss, payment method breakdowns, product sales rankings, category analysis, inventory turnover rates (fast, slow, dead stock), and margin analysis per product or category. Reports can be filtered by date range, location, and user — and exported to CSV.
